We visit your site like a first-time visitor from the countries we cover and report what we saw, with evidence and suggested fixes. What we load and what we never do is described on How it works. Results describe what we observed, not what the law requires. They are not legal advice and not a confirmation that your site complies with any law. Our checks don't cover every legal requirement (for example Germany's closed user group).
Scan only sites you run or are allowed to test. Tests that deliberately try to get around an age check run only after you verify you own the site; by verifying you confirm you control it and ask us to run them.
Free account and paid plans as shown on Pricing. Starter founding price: €29 net per month for 12 months, then €39 net per month, plus VAT where it applies (shown at checkout and on the invoice). Payments are processed by Mollie. Plans renew monthly; cancel any time in your account, access runs to the end of the paid month. We announce price changes by email before they apply. Fair use: at most one scan per site per day; Starter includes one re-check after a fix per month.
We aim for the service to be available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury; otherwise our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Sales Convention. Venue for disputes is Vienna.
