Tube and user-upload sites

Sites where users upload videos or images. The DSA’s definition of a hosting service (Art. 3(g)) and the TAKE IT DOWN Act’s definition of a covered platform (§ 4(3)) both centre on content that users upload.

• TAKE IT DOWN 48-hour removal process
• Age checks where the country requires them
